Tim Anderson, Sr.
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Founded in 2018, Tim created 1822 Enterprises to create opportunities for high-quality home ownership in Chicago's urban neighborhoods. A product of the inner city, Tim's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to build home equity within urban communities. Tim's vision is to make 1822 Enterprises synonymous with high-quality homes.
Before becoming a real estate entrepreneur, Tim was in education for 20 years. Starting as a physical education teacher and working his way up to a principal, Tim's goal was to foster educational access for inner-city youth. During his tenure, he earned the Jordan Fundamentals Award for his community activism. Now, he uses his passion for equity within real estate.

At 22 years of age, Sullivan manages the social media, marketing communications, and administrative tasks for 1822 Enterprises. In May 2024, she graduated with honors from North Carolina A&T State University as an economics student. Now, she works to use her creativity to be of service to others.

A 21-year-old college graduate from Northern Illinois University in May 2024, Tim Jr. manages company projects and residential development sites. He is passionate about real estate equity, and hopes to use his knowledge to advance the Black community.

At the grand age of 16, Achilles maintains the junior role as a general contractor and helps to manage company projects. In his spare time, Achilles is a dedicated athlete in basketball and football. He has 18 football offers and counting -- stay tuned to see where he attends college!
